Ethan Schiff

(Founder & Integrative Health Coach)

Ethan Schiff is an Integrative Health Coach and founder of Optimized Health, with a passion to help everyday people unlearn diet culture, achieve their health goals, and then sustain their results for life.

Several years ago, Ethan was 312lbs and had been dieting for the majority of his life. He went on a quest to unlearn everything he had been taught about nutrition, weight loss and health, to create a new approach. Experimenting first on himself, he lost 130lbs, and transformed his entire life.

With a newfound passion to help others do the same, he dissolved a business he had owned for a decade, earned an Integrative Health Coaching certification, and began passionately coaching others. Today, Optimized Health has a team of coaches, with different areas of speciality, that work with clients around the country to help them achieve their health goals without the “all or nothing” mindset.

You will not find a more enthusiastic, supportive, and empathetic coach.
