What To Expect

This program is for anyone ready to explore and upgrade their relationship with food, body and self.

  • We will explore the role food plays in your life.

  • We will get you out of the restrict-binge cycle.

  • We will identify your triggers and learn how to re-route your response to those triggers in a healthier way.

  • We will work to get rid of shame, guilt and negative self-talk, while leaving space for conversation and questioning.

  • We will meet weekly for six weeks in a private group.
