What To Expect

Join us for an intimate retreat centered in connection, personal development, movement, nature and delicious food. Workshops through the weekend from guest experts deliver insight and growth, combined with mindful movement, farm to table meals, wine tasting and connecting with like-minded people, all set amidst famous Sonoma County wine country.

In your designated free time, journal and read in a nearby park, stroll around wine tasting rooms, cafes and antique shops downtown, get to know new like-minded people on the trip, or add-on a private wellness session to treat yourself.

Throughout the retreat, we will nourish our bodies with delicious, seasonal food from curated local restaurants. This limited-availability retreat is open to the general public, and for anyone interested in enriching their life while broadening their view of wellness.

  • Workshop sessions by expert facilitators in integrative health, naturopathy, forest therapy, mental health, yoga, farm-to-table cooking and self-development.

  • Wine & olive oil tasting, plus private estate tour and take home gift from famous Sonoma County vineyard.

  • Yoga in stunning studio on the Petaluma River, led by CorePower certified, Los Angeles-based, Coach Maddy from the Optimized Health coaching team!

  • Guided group hike in nearby beautiful nature.

  • Daily catered breakfast and lunch from farm-to-table restaurants (dietary needs accommodated).

  • Airport pick-up and shuttles (*we will do our best to accommodate this, with designated pick-up times around suggested flight arrival windows).

  • Optional private wellness session add-ons available for purchase (personal training, massage, acupuncture, etc.)

Workshops

Multiple daily workshops from expert wellness leaders will broaden your perspective on what true health means, and open you up to new ways to take care of yourself. Through these milestone sessions, you will leave inspired, educated, and armed with the tools you need to upgrade your personal health plan, whatever that looks like to you.

Workshops Include:

“Forest Therapy & the Mind-Body Connection” (Emily McMane, LCSW & Forest Therapist)

Licensed Therapist and Forest Therapy Guide, Emily McMane, discusses the connection between mental and physical health, as well as how our relationship with nature can quite literally change you.

“Farm To Table 101” (Naomi Crawford, Chef and Owner of Lunchette Restaurant)

Chef and Restaurateur, Naomi Crawford, shares what “farm to table” actually looks like, and how you can apply it to your own life. This workshop will also include lunch from Lunchette, her critically acclaimed grab-n-go restaurant, praised as the face of hyper-local/seasonal food in the Bay Area.

“Naturopathic Medicine: Finding and Treating the Underlying Cause” (Dr. Sara Thyr)

Using real life subject case studies, along with a Q&A, explore areas like hormones, digestion, deficiencies and other commonly overlooked challenges in the body, with in-demand Naturopath, Dr. Sara Thyr.

“Matching Your Health Plan To Fit Your Needs”

A step-by-step guide to how to personalize your health plan to fit your specific body, mind, and schedule, led collectively by our Optimized Health coaching team.

“Rethinking Your Movement Routine”

This is a fitness masterclass, led by our coaches, which explores the truths, myths and strategies to help you create your perfect movement routine. We’ll discuss strength training, yoga, running, walking, pilates, HIIT and beyond, as well as helping everyone create their personal fitness routine that sticks.

About Petaluma (California)

  • Petaluma is a gorgeous, quaint town in Sonoma County, a region known for stunning nature, world-famous wine and olive oil, and farm-to-table dining.

  • Your hotel is on the main street downtown, surrounded by incredible cafes, craft and antique shops, bookstores, wine tasting rooms, and multiple parks, all set along the beautiful Petaluma River.

  • In addition to our localized retreat itinerary, daily free time allows you to explore, chat with new like-minded friends from the retreat, or relax and reflect privately.

  • Optional add-on services can be added to your personal itinerary (personal training, acupuncture, massage, etc.)

Movement

  • Friday Morning, Coach Maddy will teach a private yoga class to kick-start our day.

  • Saturday Morning, we’ll enjoy a group hike through one of the beautiful, local park trails.

  • Optional 1:1 personal training with Coach Ethan can be added to your personal retreat itinerary.
